Arras Contract

The Arras Contract is a private but fully enforceable precontract arrangement. The purchaser typically pays a 10% deposit and has one to six months to complete the transaction, allowing time to finalize financing arrangements, conduct searches and due diligence, and organize the closure of the transaction.

Financing

While an offer is typically in place before the Arras Contract, details of any mortgage financing are finalized during this period. We consider additional financial factors to ensure the transaction remains cost-effective, avoiding unnecessary bank commissions and FX charges.

The Final Escritura is signed before a local notary, with all parties involved in the transaction present.
